General FAQ

How much do you charge for a session/wedding?>

We have a full pricing menu in the cost page above! If you are looking for our wedding package options, please send us a message so we can learn more about what you are looking for!  We do create custom packages as well as run specials (mini sessions, discounted offers, etc.) every so often, so be sure to keep up with our Facebook page for the latest information!

We are super awkward in front of the camera, is that ok?>

Of course it's ok. This has to be one of our most asked questions. You'd be surprised what can be accomplished with a little laughter and genuine interaction. We make everything as easy and natural as possible with prompts and poses that we have ready to go. So no need to worry, we got you.

How many photos can we expect to receive?>

We always make sure to give you whatever isn’t a duplicate, blurry, or unflattering, so basically more photos than you probably need. Feel free to email us about the session you had in mind and we can let you know an estimate!

Since you guys are a duo, do all packages come with 2 photographers, or just 1?>

When it comes to weddings with over 6 hours of coverage, we will both be there! We try our hardest to do everything together, and most of the time we will. The sessions we don’t shoot together, we make sure you know that only one of us will be covering it.

Do you guys travel?>

We are based in Florida, but LOVE traveling. Seeing the world is a big part of our lives already, and to be able to take amazing portraits along the way is a HUGE bonus.

Do you charge for travel?>

We do, but we try our hardest to keep it as reasonably priced as possible (meaning we do our research). We will look for deals, keep in mind family and friends we can stay with the in the area, and if you aren’t very far, we will drive!

How long until we get our photos back and why?>

For lifestyle sessions, 2-3 weeks. For weddings, 10-14 weeks. For events, 1-2 weeks. We try our hardest to get things turned around as fast as possible.

Wedding FAQ

How far in advance should we book you?>

On an average, people will book us anywhere from 6 months to 1 year before the wedding. The sooner the better just to ensure we are available for your date! If your wedding is 2 years away and you aren’t set on a date but want to book us without a doubt, let us know! We work with our clients needs and would be happy to discuss that with you.

How do we start the booking process?>

Easily, just hit the contact button above and tell us more about your big day! We love knowing as much as we can about your wedding day so we can better figure out a collection that would be perfect for you!

Do you make custom wedding collections?>

Of course! We love making sure that you get everything you want from prints to albums to the right amount of coverage.

Do I have to pay the entire balance now when booking?>

Nope! We understand planning a wedding in of itself is stressful so we try to make our process as easy as possible. We do require a 30% non-refundable retainer to secure your date after the service agreement is signed.

Do you guys get the fun and creative shots as well as the formal family photos?>

Yes. We have examples of how we work throughout a wedding day on the wedding tab above! Feel free to also take a look at the galleries we have in our blog. If you'd like to see a full day gallery, please let us know through our contact page and we will share some with you.

Do you guys photoshop?>

We make sure to get rid of any blemishes that are temporary (such as a pimple or some redness). We are able to get rid of other small things, but we can't make you "model perfect." We are firm believers that you are perfect the way you are!

Can we get albums and prints after the wedding?>

For sure! We deliver your photos via an online gallery where you can make prints as you please! We also have bundles on there that provide a bit of a discount. As far as albums are concerned, let us know and we will send over our options and start the album making process!

Some of our wedding will be at night and outside, do you guys have the equiptment for that?>

Indeed we do. We both have off-camera flash and bring our LED light panels just in case we need some extra ambient light.
