Rachel + Jack | Brevard Zoo | Suntree, Florida

Photography has taken us to a lot of rad places. The beautiful PNW, the Rocky Mountains, New York City, and the list goes on, but the zoo?? This would be a first for us and it did not disappoint. First of all lets talk about the couple, Rachel + Jack, maybe the sweetest couple you could ever meet. They are unapologetically themselves and when they enter a room, you can tell because they bring so much joy to wherever they go. Now imagine an entire day dedicated to people like that, you just can’t go wrong!

Okay so, the zoo, THE FREAKING BREVARD COUNTY ZOO! It’s not everyday you get photobombed by an otter, a giraffe, and a sloth, but here we are! If you are looking to do something different when it comes to your wedding venue, this might be just for you. Even without the cameos from the animals, the vibe was super sick! You’ll see in just a moment, but the ceremony was absolutely stunning as the light was hitting the Nyami Nyami River Lodge in the most buttery way, it added a super cool dramatic look to the photos which as story tellers, we freaking love. And it nots every day you can see a beautiful couple get married, with a couple rhinos walking around in the backdrop.

They also had a live band, and let me tell you, DJ’s are badass, but there is something special about live bands at weddings, it just gets everyone hyped, and you want your reception to be hype right??? It’s pretty much a wedding hack to guarantee everyone is going to have a great time.
